We have only been using the app for a short while, as we had to move over from the developers other app, Fly Bundles. The team is very helpful and extremely responsive. They quickly assist with any issues I run into. I've spoken with Usman, Bijoy, and Hiral and all are very knowledgeable.

I would give 5 stars if the app was as user friendly as Fly Bundles! But the team has helped me through all my issues.

Dealing with the team at EB bundles, was phenomenal. Yes- they responded super fast and yes answered my questions without hesitation- so what pleased me is that because of their knowledge, they created extra time for me to attend to other improvements we had planned for our site, because I didn’t have to wait around for their responses and because they were spot on and enthusiastic,when we queried anything! we didn’t have to lose time repeating or rephrasing or following up with other questions. Have been searching for an app that can handle the number of options in my bundle, plus add-on configurations. I'm just starting out testing this app, and it really seems like it's going to do everything I need it to do. I chatted in for help with setting it up and received extremely quick and effective answers right away (on a Saturday!). Very pleased so far!

This company has great support and helped me set up my bundles to my very specific preferences! I have tried A LOT of bundle apps and am picky because it can really impact conversion and must integrate well with our backend systems. I was able to get this app fully set up with help from their team with 24 hours. Recommend to any shopify stores looking for bundles!

This app does not display the price on the parent product page. I raised this issue twice, and the second time they told me I would have to pay extra for a “custom adjustment.” Showing a product’s price is a basic feature, not a customization.

They also promised it would be fixed within 24 hours, apparently to keep me from uninstalling the app. After the deadline passed, they said they had other tasks to complete first. If you cannot meet the timeline, why promise it in the first place? Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

Great app and much more user friendly than other bundle apps I've tried. One of its biggest advantages is the flexibility to bypass options you don't need and create product pages using your own terminology instead of being locked into the app's required labels.

I did run into a few challenges getting everything set up exactly the way I wanted, but once I understood how it worked, it was easy to navigate. With a little help from ChatGPT, I was able to get everything configured the way I envisioned.
