EB | Easy Bundle Builder

This app is amazing! It works great with my online gift shop and I even though there were things that I got stuck while setting it up, their customer service is always there when you need them. They are patient and are able to resolve all your issues right away. Definitely recommend this app.

The app has been extremely helpful in setting up bundles for our store, support team have also been great when helping with any issues or additional feature requests when helping set up content for bundles. Would recommend.

The app works well. The only limitation it has is the number of available packages. It would be great if this could be increased in the future or if there were an option for a higher subscription in exchange for a higher number of packages.
Support has a quick response time, which is a major advantage.

EB support is top-notch, and they are always looking for opportunities to improve their app and its offerings/capabilities. It's the only app we've found that allows us to do fixed-priced bundle building.

We've been up and running with the bundle builder for about 6 months now and most things have gone great. We're selling bundles!

Configuration is pretty easy overall and support has been very responsive when there have been questions or customization requests.

I do wish the default designs were a bit more modern/flexible but they are good about helping with designs.

I'd also love to see the app be more "powerful" out of the box. Being able to set defaults, allowing a user to add a size guide to a modal, etc. But again, support has been helpful with these things; I just wish they were out of the box.

briefly described what I needed and within minutes I had a ready to go bundle builder page based on my parameters and features needed. Instant feedback, iteration on my suggestions and literally had it ready to go within 10 minutes. absolutely amazing

Tried so many other apps before finding this one that can manage lots of skus and variants. The options are really easy to set up and the customer support is excellent.

The people at Easy Bundle Builder are great. They're always very helpful and quick to respond whenever you need help or something customized. We have used them for 3 years in a row with great success in our BFCM campaigns :)

I am giving 4 star as limitation is that the app doesn’t allow certain discount styles like “cheapest item free,(in the bundle)” which would be very useful. We’ve also had to contact support each time we create new bundles because of issues with currencies. Fortunately, those problems have now been resolved with the help of the support team.

Good thing is that support team respond quickly and helpful, (for the support team I would give 5 star) Ankit helped me today and the whole process was smooth and efficient.

Overall, it’s a good app with great support — just hoping to see a bit more flexibility with discount options in the future.

This app has been absolutely fab. There were a couple of blips along the way (most of which the team could help with - but a couple that our devs needed to take a look at themselves). In the end though, it's been a really great revenue driver.
