Easy Bundles: Bundle Builder

I like that there are many different ways to customise bundles to our needs. This is better than other apps I have tried. In addition, for any issues or parts we need to customise, customer service easily solved it for us via a Chatbot in the App. Highly recommend!

This app is incredibly useful for a range of needs - it is the only one I found that was able to create the particular bundle we required.

The support they provide is second to none - there is always someone available to chat with for questions, and it is clear that they will do everything they can to provide support. Salaj was incredible, he fixed an issue (my fault) for me in a timely manner, couldn't recommend more.

We had a very complex flow of bundle plus subscription, it took us a couple of days but thanks to Bijoy of the EB team we were able to figure it out! The support was amazing, with dedicated google calls to check together everythig that was needed to solve the problem. 5 start to Bijoy and the all team!!!

A great bundle app and one that we have been able to implement quickly and effectively, without issues. Nitin & Shri both assisted with set up; both basic help whilst we were unfamiliar with the app, as well as custom changes both cosmetic and functional. The off the shelf free app does much of what we needed and the support was immediate and fantastic, would recommend.

Shri has been a great customer support representative . He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through several issues, helping me get my store into the best possible shape.

I especially appreciated his honesty when explaining the limitations of Shopify's backend. Instead of just telling me no its not possible, he was explaining to me why it wasn't possible, and suggested alternative solutions that could possibly achieve the same goal.

Wow. For 6 years I've been looking for an app that does exactly this. No confusion whatsoever. It works amazing. Support went above and beyond for a few tweaks I needed to make. In Less than a few hours all of our bundle stress was eliminated. AMAZING 10/10.

The support team has been very helpful with our queries and in ensuring the app performs at its best. From an operational and backend perspective, the setup works very well and offers great customisation.

However, we would benefit from having full design control over the app to ensure its appearance is native to the rest of our website.

I appreciate the quick response and solutioning from the supporters of this app. Many are requests that are turned around in less than 24 hours. Some require them be added to road maps but they eventually show up. And they are always available to meet one on one to solution a different option to any road block. We ended up purchasing Fly Bundle app from these resources as well when we couldn't get what we were looking for, they had this solution which is working great.

The Easy Bundle Team and app is amazing! They are a very hands-on team that provides direct support for the type of bundles you would like to build. They have been very communicative through Slack and helped me build a custom bundle at no additional cost. I appreciate their support.

I honestly don't write reviews often, but this app deserves it. honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced (I've been assigned Ankit) he goes above and beyond with new ideas on how to sell our products, even taken the time to study our site to see how our customers are currently shopping and how to improve on what we already have. in summary if you value tentative customer service and an awesome new way to sell products this is the app for you!
