Very awesome experience with Nitin. He helped diagnose th problem and offered a solution. Best service I have received from any other support app in Shopify.

The app lacks even the most basic functionality. While it offers a simple purchasing solution, it does not provide a practical way to upload or manage detailed information such as multiple sizes or variations. Support has been disappointing, and overall the experience has been frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs flexibility, options, or product variations.

Great app and really good support. I use the box builder feature and it's perfect for our needs.

The best bundle making app on Shopify. I tried most of the apps here on Shopify, but this one offers the most flexibility. When I had an issue their customer care was quick to offer help and even jumped on a Google Call and helped me customize the bundle to my needs - thanks Ajay! 10/10 recommend

Spent awhile looking for the right app to support what we wanted to do with our bundles and this seemed like the best fit, was good to get support off the bat to help with implementation and adding upsell in addition to the bundling.

Unfortunately I have had to edit my review. The EZ Bundle team explicitly told me that I could make unlimited bundles on their app, as I explained to them that I would need 4000-5000 unique bundles. I asked them multiple times to ensure that I would be able to do this. They confirmed it on numerous occassions.

After I spent about a week building all of my unique bundles, the app started to crash and I was unable to save any bundle changes. They messaged me and said my bundles were causing the app to crash for all their customers and that I needed to delete a majority of the bundles or delete the app.

I spent almost a week, building my bundles around the clock for Black Friday and then they asked me to delete them because their app couldn't handle it. This is AFTER I asked them numerous times if I could make 4000+ bundles and they ensured me I could make as many as I wanted.

Might be the best customer service experience of any app I've ever installed. We are a 8 figure business and highly recommend after our early experience. Very well done.

The app is great, with plenty of features, and it was easy to customize the bundle on our online store. We had one issue that was quickly resolved by the support team - Ankit was very helpful and professional. We definitely recommend it.
