Have been searching for an app that can handle the number of options in my bundle, plus add-on configurations. I'm just starting out testing this app, and it really seems like it's going to do everything I need it to do. This company has great support and helped me set up my bundles to my very specific preferences! I have tried A LOT of bundle apps and am picky because it can really impact conversion and must integrate well with our backend systems. This app does not display the price on the parent product page. I raised this issue twice, and the second time they told me I would have to pay extra for a “custom adjustment.” Showing a product’s price is a basic feature, not a customization.

They also promised it would be fixed within 24 hours, apparently to keep me from uninstalling the app. After the deadline passed, they said they had other tasks to complete first. If you cannot meet the timeline, why promise it in the first place? Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

Great app and outstanding support! Whenever we've run into an issue, the team has responded quickly and resolved it without any hassle. Sometimes the problem has actually been on our side because we accidentally changed the wrong settings, but the support team has always been patient, helpful, and guided us to the right solution.

Great app and much more user friendly than other bundle apps I've tried. One of its biggest advantages is the flexibility to bypass options you don't need and create product pages using your own terminology instead of being locked into the app's required labels.

I did run into a few challenges getting everything set up exactly the way I wanted, but once I understood how it worked, it was easy to navigate. With a little help from ChatGPT, I was able to get everything configured the way I envisioned.
