Decent shipping rates but has glaring issues regarding important factors. Support is almost nonexistent when facing issues such as endless pending status. A same-day delivery app should not take over an hour to reach back regarding a package that needs to be delivered before our store closes. To be specific, our issue was a simple one; our shipping status did not change from pending due to a formatting error from the delivery address. This one shipment took over 3 hours to be fulfilled, and it was over an hour until we finally got a response from Burq's support team. We had to personally deliver the package because of how long the wait was to be assigned a driver. Today we gave Burq its final chance. We waited for over an hour for a driver to be assigned and still had no luck. We switched to another delivery app and had a driver pick up the package in less than 20 minutes. Delivery requires consistency and communication. Nobody likes to make delivery a hassle. A delivery app should be able to take care of the logistics without having to be contacted constantly to get packages picked up.
