I tried to create a simple button to add to my blog on my shopify website so I could direct customers to my specific collection, well, it wasn't so simple after all.
I am sure you can do better shopify.

Simple and easy to manage, worked like a charm for all of my shopify blogs. Easy to embed, was able to change the buttons color and direct them to either product or collections.

The BUY coding that I used works really well. I did notice that I couldn't use "Collection Buy Button", that I only get one item. What I did for my website, I just used the coding for each item. I'm sure it has something to do with how I set up my Shopify store. https://dc9.club/store

This app is great for use when you already have a website designed and just need to add buttons as a back end to allow the customer to checkout.
The problem I ran into is that on any page of my website that doesn't have a buy button (like the home page for example and many others) then shoppers don't see the shopping cart. They have to navigate back to a page that has a buy button in order to check out, even if they've already added items to their cart.
I called shopify about this issue twice looking for a solution or even a way to get the code for the shopping cart, so I can add it to a shopping cart button on the menu bar but they said that wasn't possible.

Great app but has issues working seamlessly with my websites design, because it doesn't have a shopping cart button like paypal does.

This set up with the Buy Button is a current limitation due to the nature of connecting your checkout to a third party website. Wish it had a unique buy now that was my website not Shopify- works well. also wish people could edit the cart to add other items or choose size before buy now. Works really really well for customers that know size and color of what they want already however. would love got see a custom cart of multiple items

Buy Buttons are great for business, but slow to process payments.

It worked just how I needed it to. I emailed select subscribers and allowed them the opportunity to an “exclusive pre-sale” So it wasn’t available on my main site just to the customers I sent it to. Worked really well! Just wish it showed the product description.

It’s perfect at what it does. However, you should be able to save the buy buttons you create so you can come grab them as needed.

The Buy Button works great... But, there is one major draw back. If your site is selling a lot of products then it is customary to want a search or filter option. There doesn't seem to be a way do to that with this plugin which can be extremely annoying. If you have only a few product, this plugin is great. But, if not, the plugin will get real old real fast without one of those two major features.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
the buy button doesnt work unless have checkout open in a new browser (which doesn't work on Instagram or Android). Also the checkout URL with this app will show your MYSHOPIFY url which is extremely unprofessional.
Shopify should not publish such a faulty app!
