They offer to set up the app for you or go over the settings to get you going. After several years looking for the perfect shipping app I'm confident we've found it!

This has been an excellent solution for our business. The app is very customisable and this was needed as our business uses multiple carriers and multiple box sizes and weights. Nik helped us throughout setting up everything as required to fully customise it for our business. Now we can send parcels worldwide to our customers knowing the live rates are correct and our staff knowing the correct boxes for each shipment.
