Very quick and professional dev team, and the app itself is very easy to use. I have no more requests to cancel customers orders anymore, they just do it themselves and that makes us all happy!

This app has been a big help to both our customers and our team by giving customers the opportunity to cancel their orders in case of an error on their own time. This app has reduced the workload for our CX team and increased customer satisfaction by enabling the customer to cancel their order on their own if needed. I noticed the app included a "void authorization if order cancelled" action but it wasn't available in Flow. The app developer added it to Flow in less than 24 hours so now we're getting other benefits than just cancelling orders.

We like the functionality of Yagi Order Cancellable. It just works, and that is a beautiful thing. More than that, the support experience is outstanding. We had a few questions in the beginning and Axel was always quick to respond the information we needed. When we questioned the way the fulfillment blackout was working, Axel contacted us and asked for a detailed explanation of how we would like it to work. Within hours he had made the modifications and we had the functionality we were were seeking. Axel has displayed a level of responsiveness that is rarely seen - he and this product have earned our loyalty and respect.

I have used this app for a few years and it is perfect. I did try a few similar cancel apps, but they didnt have the features, and we buggy. This one is flawless and just works. The only thing better than the app is the support from Axel, always really helpful and goes above and beyond to help. if you want the flexibility for customers to manage and cancel their own orders without contacting you, this app is the best in the app store. 5 Stars.

Fantastic app which makes canceling orders simple for customers, while offering useful information for merchants such as cancellation reasons. This application has great customer support too.
