Yagi Order Cancellable

This app has reduced the workload for our CX team and increased customer satisfaction by enabling the customer to cancel their order on their own if needed. I noticed the app included a "void authorization if order cancelled" action but it wasn't available in Flow. The app developer added it to Flow in less than 24 hours so now we're getting other benefits than just cancelling orders.

This app has been a big help to both our customers and our team by giving customers the opportunity to cancel their orders in case of an error on their own time. (We have a small customer care team, so giving customers their own tools is a big boost for us.) Easy to set up and adjust — and the owner Axel has been so helpful any time we encounter an issue when updating the app.

Hopefully, a useful app, but installation was a letdown / cumbersome process on 4 fronts

1) Sometimes, the explanations weren't clear, e.g., the benefits (or not) or adding text on buttons. If the field says "Please Refresh" - why isn't this pre-inserted, anyway? "'Cancel Column Cannot Cancel Text' - The text shown for the cancel column, if the order cannot be cancelled" <--- what to put here? ...

Since installing Yagi Order Cancellable, I no longer have to worry about not receiving a customer's email to cancel too late because the order has been fulfilled. The customer can cancel an order on his/her own before the order is fulfilled. The app takes care of cancelling an order, initiating a refund and notifying me of the cancellation. It is great help for me.

Axel is the man! He's very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Additionally, this app is amazing too, with lots of functions and customization.

Axel from support just helped us get set up and was very fast to respond and extremely helpful. They assisted us in some minor personal tweaks. Although we only installed the app today, it appears to fulfill all of our needs.

I have used this app for a few years and it is perfect. I did try a few similar cancel apps, but they didnt have the features, and we buggy. This one is flawless and just works.
