Great app. It works wonderfully with our shopify store. The default built in abandoned cart shopify provides has not done a single thing for us. As soon as we imolented carts guru we started seeing results in our return traffic as well as orders. It also provides good reporting metrics so you can get more insight into your abandonment cart problem. Overall we are very pleased with carts guru and recommend it to other stores who are serious about making money.

Best app I tested for abandonment carts. I use it for text messages and emails. increased my conversion a lot!! US Customer service is awesome, they did set my account and they were really nice.
Installed CartsGuru and boom! the very first default email recovered a sale!
It was quite easy and intuitive to figure out and configure. And on top of that, their team actually went over the setup, and offered to help to make sure everything is set up perfectly, and as per best practices - great service!
I'm in the process to test it. It seems to me as a very good app. Can't wait when we get higher traffic and we can use it in a full range of features
I am exclusively using the app for SMS re-targeting and so far so good! Looking forward to the metrics after 30 days. I was worried that this would be too intrusive but you can adjust the messaging to make it fun and safe for your customers.
