Con questa app si aggira una forte limitazione relativa all'impossibilità di aggiungere un sovraprezzo per il contrassegno, nonostante sia un costo che i corrieri chiedono a tutti i venditori;
la possibilità di farsi aiutare via Whatsapp è fantastica, all SUPER CONSIGLIATA
Ottima app per evitare di creare metodi di pagamento articolati per ricevere pagamenti in contrassegno (in continua evoluzione per mantenere facile l'utilizzo da parte del cliente). Facile da attivare, anche grazie ai diversi video esplicativi inseriti nella pagina dell'applicazione direttamente su Shopify. Servizio clienti super. Grazie Marco e Luis per il supporto!
For us it required some fine tuning since we are using a third party warehouse that fulfills all our orders, but they were very response and friendly and made sure COD works well together with the warehouse system. Therefore: highly recommend!
E' ottima, e l'assistenza mi ha aiutato a configurare il negozio per rilasciare una conferma d'ordine con il contrassegno calcolato e mostrato esattamente al cliente. E' utilissima come app per il suo compito, spero che con l'uso confermi l'ottima impressione iniziale. 5 stelle!
