This is a very easy to understand app and it makes the default navigation so much better. It's also very easy to set up and if you have any questions, Alex is always willing to help. Thank you for this!

There is literally nowhere to contact you. There is no email provided. I have a problem with your application and it is not possible to write to you. Why create an application without being able to contact the creator.

I'm so sorry you had this experience. All my contact details are listed here on the Shopify App store for every one of my apps. Shopify control the (very elegant) design of these app store pages and I appreciate that recently they have removed the "Get support" button in favour of the "Support: Send a message" link below. I suspect this may have made it harder for you to find it.

In response to your review I emailed you right away as I understand you had encountered a problem in my app, which I then resolved within 2 hours of learning about it. I've also added my contact details to the in-app "Help" page in case any other users can't find it.

For anyone else struggling to get in touch, please either click "Send a message" or use the email address listed below. You'll receive an automated response from me instantly asking for specific information about your problem (store URLs, storefront password if applicable, current category setup etc). This app has helped me to set up a very important part of my site's navigation. I needed something that would create a breadrcumb for faux 'sub-categories' and this is great. Tip... set up a new navigation menu specifically for your product categories if the breadcrumb doesn't show all levels of your structure. Good and cheery support too!

This is an incredible solution for building logical breadcrumbs. The level of control is absolutely impressive. Between the app developer answering a question and watching one video, I was able to get this app fully integrated and functional.

Volgens mij een essentiële app. Shopify toont geen broodkruimels, of toch niet op de goede manier. Dit is een mooie oplossing. Omdat elke collectiepagina, en elke soort productiepagina afzonderlijk moet ingesteld worden, kan dit wat tijd in beslag gaan nemen. Iets wat bij mij het geval was. Dus vandaar de eerlijke review om toch één ster minder te geven. Ik zou het toch alle klanten van shopify aanbevelen om deze app op zijn minst eens te proberen, en ik denk dat 95% van alle klanten graag die maandelijkse bijdrage zullen betalen. Zelf hoop ik dat dit ook de resultaten in google op een positieve manier mag beinvloeden, want hiervoor waren de broomkruimels zo goed als niet ingesteld. Ps: service is zeker wel 5 sterren waard. Snelle en waardevolle reactie en steun. We wensen jullie veel succes met jullie groei!

Ich verstehe diese 5 Sterne vermutlich gekauften Bewertungen nicht. Diese APP Funktioniert einfach nicht.

I cant understand this 5 Stars Ranking. This app doesent work. I think the Rating was buyed.

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience. I work really hard on my support. If you'd just contacted me, I'd have been really happy to help you.

I understand you had problems installing my app. Back in 2020 we didn't have 2.0 themes like Dawn or the Shopify theme editor, so storeowners had to have liquid coding skills to embed my app. That did used to take a bit longer than 10 minutes. Thankfully most themes now are 2.0 themes so the install process doesn't require that coding experience and is much quicker.

Also I take your accusation that I buy my ratings very seriously. If you look at the dates of my reviews you'll notice that there aren't very many of them and they're distributed over years and years. I understand that typically purchased reviews are delivered within a short window (weeks or days). I hope that gives you some assurance that I have never, nor will never buy a rating or review.

Finally it's now been several years since you left your review (4th September 2020). I contacted you by email on 5th September 2020 to try to help, but I never received a reply. Another customer recently told me that my email had been mislabelled as SPAM, so they never received it. As a result I thought I'd reply to your review now in the hope that you might receive this message.
