They Advertise a Free Trial, But even when contacting shopify to review them even they couldn't find the free trial. maybe they accidently removed it. ill change this when i can trial the app.

Customer did indeed reach out to support and confirmed that they never installed the app.

The free trial is only activated upon installation.
