I’ve had bad experiences with chatbots in the past where they just end up running rings around the customer and making things worse. Chad, however, is a refreshing exception. It actually resolves most customer issues without fuss. If it’s unsure, it quickly summarizes the issue and I get a notification in my inbox. Exactly what I want from a chatbot!
