Chad has really helped us up our customer support game. As a small, family-run business, we’ve always had a hard time keeping up with customer emails.

I’ve had bad experiences with chatbots in the past where they just end up running rings around the customer and making things worse. Chad, however, is a refreshing exception. It actually resolves most customer issues without fuss. If it’s unsure, it quickly summarizes the issue and I get a notification in my inbox. Exactly what I want from a chatbot!
