Not user-friendly, had a ton of issues trying to set this up from the get-go. Needs a more instructive step-by-step user set-up guide. Was e-mailing customer support back and forth for 2 weeks, jumped through all the hoops only to find that I still had to add meta-fields into my Shopify to make it work. Gave up at this point as it had already taken up too much time and resources. The only good thing going here is the Customer Support, they are patient and helpful. Now to actually improve this app, that would be even better.

Unfortunately i tried to simply take my products and input them into my Ebay store but the prompt/guide was not showing on the screens to assist me. It shows you prompts only at the beginning not while you are trying to actually do the task.

Whats needed is "Do this Step Now" "Now Add This"

The items in Shopify that were hidden also showed up so it would take you a long time inorder not to list those products.

If you don't have previous knowledge of this type of app it would not be the right app for you to get. They really need to simplify it.
