This App first of all i like the AI feature, its smooth and easy to set up. i recommend business owners to use this App it solves alot of issues, Answers everyone in seconds, it displays products on your to your customers. the customer service is fast and nice (thanks Emma)

First of all the App Support Team is very Interactive and Friendly, Specially Nona she had Resolved the Issue of Branding under a minute... Simple and minimal Inbox widget for Premium brands, and last the best feature i like is AI Assistant so Users do not waits for 8-9 hours for our Reply

De L'IA qui se fait passer pour de l'humain, des heures entre chaque question, l'appli n'est pas au top, un client écrit mais si on est pas constamment le nez sur son PC on n'est pas averti par notification sur son mobile c'est vraiment nul !

Pour clarifier les choses, lorsque l'IA est activée, elle traite automatiquement les messages entrants des clients. Dans ce mode, les notifications push ne sont pas nécessairement déclenchées pour chaque message, car le système considère que la requête a déjà été traitée par l'IA.

Si vous préférez un traitement exclusivement humain, vous pouvez désactiver l'IA. Dans ce cas, les conversations peuvent être transférées et attribuées à un agent.

Cependant, le comportement des notifications dépend également de la configuration de la boîte de réception et des paramètres d'attribution. Nous vous recommandons également de vous assurer que :

- Les notifications de l'application mobile sont entièrement activées dans les paramètres de votre appareil

- Les règles d'attribution des agents sont correctement configurées afin que les messages vous soient acheminés correctement

- Les paramètres d'escalade sont activés si vous souhaitez recevoir des alertes de transfert de l'IA vers un humain
