I am really impressed with ChatWILL:AI. They position you to fully control both the look, and ongoing communication of the chat feature. I am able to bring very specific answers to our customers, and provide both policy, and product answers instantly. Likewise, I can add our own Q&A's to help customers.

You can update the welcome message by going to Chat Widget → Language, then clicking the Edit option. From there, you’ll be able to modify it. Once you’re done, simply click the Save button at the top to apply the changes.
