Amazing support! We wanted some changes and Ankit responded really fast and fixed everything.

Great app. Used it for years. It crashed this morning for some reason. They fixed the problem immediately and got us back in biz. Thankful for their quick response.

These guys are incredible! Their support is next level and really exceeds expectation, the few times I have needed to get in touch Ankit has gone above and beyond to help me and responds quickly so i am not left waiting. The app itself is great and does exactly as i need it to do. Definitely recommend if you are looking for this functionality on your store coupled with a brilliant after service support.

We’ve been using the Charge Me Later, Wholesale app for a while now, and it’s an important part of how we manage our account clients. It does exactly what we need, allowing us to offer account payment to specific B2B clients alongside our regular clients.

What has really stood out is the support. Ankit and the Buddy Apps Team have been incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. Whenever we’ve needed something adjusted or had a question, he’s been onto it straight away and is super helpful and informative, even when it's turned out to be an issue caused by Shopify or some factor external to the app.

We highly recommend this app for any Shopify store managing accounts or needing flexible payment options. It’s a solid tool backed by excellent support.

Very happy with both the App and Buddy Apps as a developer. The app works well and while maybe doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of the other B2B apps it does exactly what we need which is an alternate pricing view per customer, and ability to offer proforma/invoice (pay later) ordering, again for specific customers. While some the look and feel of the checkout page and the pay later dropdown could be tweaked I have no doubt the Buddy Apps team would do this. They have been beyond helpful, responsive same day, and would do as they say which to me is important. They are also skilled at broader Shopify coding and have been a brilliant partner touching up some elements of our site.

We have been using this app for 4+ years and will continue to use it, as it is an essential component of our online store for our specific customers payment needs as we needed to give our customers direct access to pay later for their orders and this app offers the perfect functionality for it, plus more. It saves a lot of time over manually billing customers, because we all know that time is money!

Simple setup, zero issues and if you need any help, the support team is really fast, helpful and efficient.

I would absolutely recommend this app to all with all of it's unique features.

This is a pretty straightforward app that bypasses the untouchable Shopify checkout path and allows for payment-less orders to be placed, according to your own account level access stipulations (keywords). Additionally, you can specify item discounts for special buying groups when placing orders this way. What a great tool for supporting your sales team!

Considering the amount of time wasted manually keying-in Net Terms orders, and the very responsive customer service for inquiries or help, the monthly subscription fee is quite reasonable.

I recently worked with Buddy Apps using their Wholesale App, and I was impressed by their responsiveness and problem-solving skills. Great app and great support! We are not able to calculate shipping before we package and weigh orders so this app allows us to have folks checkout instantly and pay after we add shipping in and send an invoice. This 2 part system has worked quite well for us and without it we would probably not have a very functional store. We've needed some support on this app and they are quick to respond and have helped us understand how the app works and what can be customized to fit our business better.
