Chargeflow team was very helpful with getting me integrated and understanding how the process works when getting a chargeback request. Highly Recommend the team and the app!! Specifically, Carina was very helpful with providing essential informaiton!

I'm extremely disappointed with Chargeflow. Initially, they made a significant error by submitting contradictory information in response to a chargeback dispute, causing me unnecessary stress and of course, a lost dispute. To make up for it, they promised the next dispute would be handled free of charge. However, when the next dispute occurred, they still charged the standard fee. It's now been weeks of back-and-forth, and I'm still waiting for the promised refund. Communication has been poor, promises have not been kept, and the overall experience has been frustrating. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this app or service based on my experience. UPDATE: After leaving this review, they have finally refunded me, so I am changing to 2 stars instead of 1. It does not charge the bad experience I had and I do not recommend this app. To make it even worse, they kept sending me e-mails to delete this review!
