I'm extremely disappointed with Chargeflow. Initially, they made a significant error by submitting contradictory information in response to a chargeback dispute, causing me unnecessary stress and of course, a lost dispute. I had the app installed at the end of 2024. There was some growing pains to figuring out how best to submit disputes, evidence, etc through their app. But the bonus discounts on the initial chargeback wins were enough to push me over the line.
