So far so good! Mariane made it clear that I don't get charged unless they win the case for me, in which they'll take 25%. Sounds fair to me! She's been extremely helpful and kind throughout the process, offering to update me through email, which I prefer.

What happened:
Customer placed and order and then issued a chargeback 40 minutes later before we even got a chance to send her package. She stated that she wasn't able to receive her package. I refunded her but the chargeback sided with the customer anyway so I'm getting hit with a duplicate refund + chargeback fee of $15.

I'm looking forward to seeing how effective Chargeflow will be!

Chargeflow has totally changed the way we deal with chargebacks. As our Shopify store grew, we were spending way too much time dealing with disputes. Since we started using Chargeflow, it's been pretty much hands-off. Their customer service is also super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend if you want to save time and stress.

I would recommend this app to anyone that does not want to internally and manually manage disputes for their store. I continue to be impressed with the advancements and new upgrades that they are constantly releasing to improve dispute management. I have worked with a lost of dispute management apps and this is by far the most user friendly. Our rep, Boaz, has been so easy to work with and is always great at helping me solve any problems or answer questions that come up. I am most recently impressed with being able to see repeat offenders across all of our different MIDs, how easy Chargeflow alerts was to activate and get started to help us reduce our dispute rate, and their new integration that partners with our smaller payment gateways of TRX and Maverick. You will not be disappointed by this team and the work they do.

The people at chargeflow are absolutely amazing to work with. They are very quick to respond, will help you with any questions that you may have and the system they use to help you win chargebacks is pretty amazing. The best part about this system is you only get charged if you win.

As a business owner i feel that every single business needs this on their website. We all know there are lots of people in the world that are not the most honest and this helps keep them honest and keeps your profits in your pocket.

If you are on the fence about using this company, please just go for it. you will not regret it!

If you want to keep your payment processor safe, without holds due to increase of chargebacks when scaling, this is must have app.

It also have the alerts feature which refunds the customer before the dispute turns into a chargeback keeping your payment processor dispute rate low.

They also handles your disputes, submitting evidence to your payment processor and you are charged a percentage only if the dispute is won.

Support is fantastic, Juda makes sure everything is alright if you encounter anything. Just hope on a call with him and he makes sure your needs are fulfilled.

If you struggle keeping your dispute rate low this is definitely the best solution!

I just had an amazing video call with Juda from the Chargeflow team — he was super helpful, really friendly, and explained everything clearly. Honestly, top-notch support.

Chargeflow isn’t just about winning chargebacks — it also alerts you when a customer might try to scam you or request a chargeback before it even happens. That level of prevention is a game-changer.

The commission system is fair — you only pay if the dispute is won, so there’s no risk. Everything is handled in a very professional and honest way. I’m genuinely impressed with the service. Thanks again, Juda!

I just signed up, and I want to mention chargeback case they put forward with the bank looks very professional and clearly outlines all the facts. They were a great help in getting everything set up. So far, everything is going well.

I had already left a one-star review, but I deleted it because they refunded me and promised things would be resolved. Unfortunately, I’m back because nothing has changed.

Chargeflow offered “no charge until December 31, 2024”, but they kept charging me even after I deleted the app in January.
Now it’s April and I’m still getting charged €90–€100 every month, with no clear explanation. In 2025, I only won one chargeback, so I have no idea where these fees are coming from.

Stay far away from this app – it’s misleading, overpriced, and dishonest.
I will do everything I can to report them to Shopify and make sure no other merchants fall into the same trap.
