I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. The features are incredibly user-friendly, and they’ve helped optimize communication with my customers in ways I never expected. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, saving me so much time and effort.

What really sets this app apart is the exceptional customer support. I had a few questions when I first set it up, and their team was quick to respond and even set up a meeting on a Saturday to help out. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers’ success. I was using Tidio before and the customer service there is awful.

Overall, I’m extremely impressed with Charla and the support. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their Shopify store to the next level!

Damn, this app is awesome and the team listens to your requests. They are implementing features daily but even now it is awesome! Try it guys, it is more than just a chat app.

* Very versatile and complete chat / customer support / ticket-system app.

* Support is very responsive. The team even added some features by request.

* The price is insane. The free package is amazing and for a fractional price you can have the branding removed and unlimited agents.

* The app is in active development and will get even more features over the time.

All in all we can't say anything else but: If you are looking for a powerful yet easy and beautiful chat / customer support app, look no further. Charla will most likely fulfill all your needs and do it with style :)

The app is really good and their product team is outstanding and very responsive. I had an issue with the language localization and their team introduced the new language I requested in about a week.

Overall very cost effective solution compared to others on the markets. Includes pretty much everything from live chat, tickets, knowledge base and Messenger integration.
