This is one of the best real AI chatbots I have found. Multiple AI model options and a very simple approach to training the models on your products, your store, and even the ability to easily add other documents to build out the knowledge base. This app is so far the best AI chat app I ever tried on Shopify. I think it resolved 70% of our customer inquiries. The manual input knowledge base helps to improve the other 30% for future inquiries.
