This app is so far the best AI chat app I ever tried on Shopify. I think it resolved 70% of our customer inquiries. The manual input knowledge base helps to improve the other 30% for future inquiries. Highly recommended if you are running a small shop like me to save lots of time dealing with customers for similar Q&A.
This is amazing! I know AI is way smarter than I could ever be, but I just installed HeiChat and tested it on our site.
