This is especially helpful for international customers dealing with time differences. I even uploaded my blogs to train it, and it now answers customer questions by referencing my blog content—explaining how the products work directly from my materials. Overall, it's a fantastic tool to enhance sales and support when I'm not available!
I have tried other Chatbot app (also powered by ChatGPT 4) for some time. Was not very happy about the old chatbot app, so I decided to switch to HeiChat.
Good thing about HeiChat is that they have 3-day free trial. Therefore, I can tried to play around. The setup is easy. I was also quite happy about the way HeiChat is presented in the website.
I've just used this app for less than 2 weeks, but quite satisfied with the answers and tones the chatbot provided.
