I am amazed by this app. So well thought out and implemented. I have nothing bad to say about it. I tried them all out, and this one is by far the best for what I needed. I honestly feel safe having this chatbot be the potential first contact for my luxury clothing brand.
I think that an AI-powered bot will be able to provide thorough customer support and make them happy, even if the time available to respond to customers was limited.
This bot's AI learns, so it was very easy to set up. It was really helpful. Security is also safe because of using AWS.

I recently started using HeiChat to automate customer service for another one of my online stores. Having successfully used it for a previous store, I knew it would be a great fit.
