Chinadivision saved us during our busy holiday season! We had thousands of orders coming through Shopify that could not be properly split-fulfill between our two warehouses. We were having to manual update each one. Chinadivision not only provided the application to automate the process but they provided fantastic customer service a long the way. No problem was ever too big or too small to be addressed respectfully and timely. We are very grateful for their services!!

I am working with Chiandivision for quite a few months now and would like to say once I inform them about my order, I never have to look back. Its so easy and convenient. And these guys have every product u see on the internet. Very prompt service and helpful people.

I'm seriously impressed with this app! It does exactly what it says without any issues. I'm syncing products with other stores, and the orders are smoothly going into their systems. When I installed it, Faye actually did a video call to walk me through the setup, which made it a breeze. And if I ever have a question, Faye and the team get back to me within minutes. I highly recommend this for any store owner doing dropshipping.

Setting up orders to be managed by different warehouses or locations in Shopify can be quite challenging (hopefully, it becomes easier in the future). However, this app manages to make it doable and does it well. What's even more important, the support from Kevin is fantastic. He's quick to respond and really helps in resolving any issues that pop up. With the various 3PLs, Shopify, and the app itself, there's more complexity involved than you might expect.

This app is just amazing! It's been a game-changer for our business. It made connecting with drop-shippers and managing our wholesale operations a breeze. Even when we had some unique requirements, they found solutions that fit our needs perfectly. And I can't say enough about their support team. This app did a good job helping us split orders among our various warehouses. One thing that could be better is if it could also provide tax and duties information for each part of an order when you have warehouses in different countries.

Chinadivision, this is an amazing company service they care about their customer and their customer service is very good. i had try their service, i use their dropshiping service, they will take care of everything we just need to focus on marketing, they also wee give us any update about our stock and stuff that maybe will we need it will help us, thank you so much Fulfillman

I'm really pleased that I chose Chinadivision as my first 3PL partner. The setup process with Shopify was a breeze. Their Warehouse Management System (WMS) dashboard is user-friendly, making it easy for someone without technical expertise to navigate, and the transparent reporting feature is a huge plus. The fulfillment process is impressively fast, and their straightforward pricing structure allows for automation. Throughout the onboarding process and beyond, Bela has consistently provided excellent customer service. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, I can always count on receiving a quick response, usually within 24 hours.

i like there customer service and there fast shipping time - they ship by private line 7-15 days , this really help us to grow up and now we have over 5 stores and all work by with Chinadivision
