I have experienced multiple issues with this inventory system. The synchronization process is unreliable, resulting in inventory discrepancies and delays in updating stock information. Stock take results are often not reflected in a timely manner, which impacts daily operations and inventory accuracy.
I also attempted to contact their support team several times regarding these issues but never received any feedback or response. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with problems that directly affect business operations.
Overall, the combination of syncing problems, delayed stock updates, and the absence of customer support has made inventory management more difficult than expected.
This is the only way we count our retail store. Being able to use multiple devices and work as a team while having the store be actively open to customers is essential. This app tracks all the activity. The built in aggregation feature that automatically totals amounts together if products are scanned separately due to location or timing saves time, sanity and ensures accuracy. An essential app for any product based store.
The customer service has always been friendly, prompt and helpful.
I originally had a few problems with the app during our 1st 100% inventory but the staff at Cohub were super responsive. Despite the fact that we are in Hawaii, they were very accomodating to our time schedule and were able to troubleshoot our issues. They resolved our issues with 100% satisfaction. I definitely recommend using Cohub as it made our inventory super easy. And I greatly value any company that quickly responds to our needs. Mahalo Cohub.
