Great app and support i had an issue with out of stock items showing in the top results because they were in stock at our brick & mortar store.
The devs implemented a new setting really quickly which fixed the problem and allowed control over this within the interface.
My only suggestion would be to enable another layer for "best sellers" rather than just "other products" so that you could layer ...

Great app and customer support that helps optimize it for business requirements.
I am early on with this app so at this moment I would recommend it because I was able to install it and the freemium pricing model let me see if it might be useful, and then the pricing model is such that you know what? Let's say it doesn't work well. Ok, I can uninstall it, the risk is worth it, thanks for the product, I think this will work well.
Works great, simple, and reasonably priced too. Finally something that sorts collections without a bunch of unnecessary fluff!
