The app general performs well and does what it needs to very well.
The support are on-hand most times I've needed them but time-zones do affect this sometimes.
The app is good for automatically passing orders to Amazon and it does this well for all countries if you're set up with Shopify markets like me.
The one thing to be careful with is that the app pulls variations from Amazon exactly as Amazon have them. If you sell worldwide you'll know Amazon messes this up and so you'll need to go through the labourious process of braking the variations apart in Shopify and then re-link the products in the app. It would be good if the developers added a way to break apart variations automatically.

I'm using an app to import products from Amazon to Shopify: overall, it works very well. Occasionally, I encounter a few minor issues, but the chat support is always available and quick to respond. For this reason, it fully deserves 5 stars.
