At first, it seemed a bit unclear to me, but I suppose that's just the general learning curve of these sorts of things.

The team really went out of their way to help me with some issues I was having. I'm happy to write a nice review, and look forward to our continued work together. :)

The documentation for advanced features is outdated and hard to follow, but the support team is great and very responsive. Overall it does what I want it to and it's pretty straightforward.

Around my 50% products are not getting fetch through your portal, and even i am not getting the service from you guys, I want to cancel the service and want the refund. You can take the amount for the one which are been pushed to shopify account i ma okay for that, around 8500 products only 4200 are been pushed to shopify.

App charges for fetching the product to their portal, but not all of them get fetched to your shopify account and that is unfair. If you are charging, or else it is better you charge for the one which are successfully fetched to Shopify.

This app is perfect for the 700,000 plus skus I have in my catalog. The process is a little slow because of the volume of skus the app pulls, but the customer service is amazing. They even created the csv files to make the importing into my Shopify go quicker. Very responsive to my inquiries as well.

This app mostly do not work - I got lot of time error screens when i want to send an order to FBA - Mostly Error Code 534.
I will not recommend!

Your critique is valid - we did have a bug that prevented the shipping orders via FBA. Our technical team had fixed the problem and everything is working all right again.

Our team emailed them multiple times explaining the situation and providing a solution but we have not received a response.

It's great. Get the Super Sync version as it updates every 15 minutes.

I wish I had found this years ago.
