Constant Contact has the best customer support! You can call and talk to a tech that can work you through any issues without waiting hours for someone to call you back.

Always on top of new trends worth all the investment. I have been using CC for 15 years I love that they are integrated with shopify.

Don't waste your time, this app breaks continuously though it looks like it is working so you have no idea your new customers are not getting synched and not getting your marketing emails. They are also horribly slow to help and have now left me trying to figure out how to get this all straightened out myself with most of my customers in CC and a bunch that never got synched. I guess I get to spend the week sorting through all this crap thanks to Tim Van at Combidesk that promised a fix in a "few days" over a week ago. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!

We've been using it for close to a year now... seamless integration. Easy to install.
And we can now target our customers according to what they previously purchased.

App works well and exports lots of helpful data to Constant Contact. Really helps us segment our sends.
Combidesk support is really cooperative to work with. We has some issues with older contacts and they responded right away. I suggested we have the ability to exclude contacts who have opted out and they QUICKLY added that new feature. If you use Constant Contact, you really need this app.. Recommended to try.

This app takes all of the manual labor out of updating my email list. All new contacts are seamlessly migrated to my Constant Contact account without the hassle of having to download and upload information. I would highly recommend this time saving app.

Easy seamless Integration, set up was easy and I don't have to think about wether the products are posting. Just check the box.

Works as advertised and automatically adds customer names and email addresses. (I just wish it were free like Mail Chimp!)

I made the switch to Constant Contact after Shopify parted ways with Email Chimp and I wish I would have done it sooner! I love how easy Constant Contact is to use while still giving us lots of options and features! I am only giving 4 out of 5 stars because I do wish it was a little faster. Overall though, I am very pleased with Constant Contact, our emails are beautiful!
