Merchants highly recommend this app for its customizable and easily integrated forms, which enhance customer interaction and streamline operations. It's praised for its cost-effectiveness, variety of form types, and features like email routing and submission tracking. The wide range of templates and fields meets diverse business needs, while setup is straightforward. Customer support is noted for its responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving issues promptly.
While the app functionally has been good for us. It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit.
**Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption**
From what I understand, there is now more robust controls in place to make sure you are aware if you hit the limit.
It should still be known that if the hope is to use Shopify flow to quickly find customer data and help with things or respond back directly to customers, all emails will come from flow@shopify.com and will require a lot of copy-pasting. So if a higher volume type of store using the contact forms to help sort data, this might not be the best fit.
