Excellent app with great customer service! Works as it should straight "out of the box". Easy to set up and it's increased my custom order inquiries greatly since setting up.

I had an issue with customers being able to chose past dates from the date/time picker and I emailed customer support to see if that could be fixed and they made it work properly almost immediately!

I use this form app in this site as well as several other stores I manage. Highly recommend.

App is easy to use, however, functionality/features that you'd expect to be free are put behind the "Basic" plan.

I've found these features on competitor apps for free, so I have no reason to stay with Qikify.

While the app functionally has been good for us. It really hurt our customer service because they have a 500 email limit which is not very well explained. So during our busiest time of the year, unknowingly we hit this limit.

**Since this review, they updated some things, and adjusted based on feedback. So I have updated it reflect how I felt before this interruption**

From what I understand, there is now more robust controls in place to make sure you are aware if you hit the limit.

It should still be known that if the hope is to use Shopify flow to quickly find customer data and help with things or respond back directly to customers, all emails will come from flow@shopify.com and will require a lot of copy-pasting. So if a higher volume type of store using the contact forms to help sort data, this might not be the best fit.
