Excellent customer service and app functionality. My email provider (starts with a (K) makes things so difficult with having to create forms/lists/flows. Qikify is an all-in-one Shopify-Native solution that will save you time.

Very easy & straight forward to build forms. I had an issue with getting the emails working correctly. Arian was very helpful and supportive and pointed me in the right direction. All now working fine. So for me great support and a great App.

Henry was brilliant...Our forms stopped working all of a sudden, and it was due to a code error that was unrelated to qikify! However, he still fixed the error in our code so that the forms continued to work... Great support and went above and beyond

We've not been using the app long but have to say it's really quite impressive, especially for the price. We were paying twice the price for another app that was becoming unreliable in notifying us of form submissions. This is easy to use and enough features to enable it to be configured for our use. There was an issue with the coding on our site (not the app) that stopped the contact button appearing. This was sorted by the app team even though it was our fault. Many thanks to Lora and Flynn

Run away from this app, they falsly advertise wrong prices. Once you invest some time in the free tier, and want to upgrade, they charge 30 USD, while it was advertised 9.59 USD. This is illegal in most countries, and the customer care service doesn't seem to care or help.
First of all, we're sorry for any confusion and misunderstanding caused by the price updates recently; which led to this unexpected experience of you.
I'd like to explain a bit: Since Plus stores handle significantly more orders, traffic, and data, we’ve had to invest more in maintaining app performance and enhancing technical support. After careful consideration, we made the difficult decision to adjust our pricing.
Since this change does not affect existing customers, we decided to publicly update the new prices on our listing page to ensure transparency for all new customers. However, we acknowledge that better communication would have been beneficial, and for that, we truly apologize. Please know that every user, regardless of their plan, is valuable to us.
