Great support, ticket normally solved within 24 hours, also great app for translation. Also very intuitive to use.
Highly recommendable because it's easy to use and the translation quality is beyond expectation. We're translating our website from English to German. I can't say it's 100% perfect because there were some wrong translations, which also happen in other AI-based services. The customer service is also amazing. Dimitar was very friendly and he solved the problem quickly. It was a great help. Thanks!

They provide an excellent support. The app contiues to get better every time. It's all very intuitive so it has a very low learning curve.

However any difficulty or if you need to change anything in the app, the support of the app is SPECTACULAR, they are quick and friendly to answer. Max was untiring with me, helped me a lot and managed to do everything I asked for without stress. Do not give up this app right at the beginning if you have difficulties, ask the support for your doubts, you will see that it is very worthwhile to install this application!
