Conversagent has been a fantastic addition to our store. It’s super intuitive to set up, and after a short learning curve, it quickly became an absolute game-changer. The bot answers customer questions with impressive accuracy — from product recommendations to order-related inquiries — and even when it doesn’t have the answer, it finds the right way to respond.

It feels natural and human, handles multiple dialects and even WhatsApp-style mixed language with ease, and most importantly, it actually sells. We’ve seen a clear lift in conversions since launching it.

It's a great app with responsive support. Our customers have found using the AI chat on our website helpful and informative. It has alleviated some of our staff's workload for basic questions such as stock availability and other commonly asked questions. It can pick out recommended accessories for customers and increase the cart size for orders.

This is a great Chatbot, it sources all the information on your website to help answer questions that your clients might have. It also provides links back to your own content on your site, great to support marketing efforts! Super easy to install, took about 30 seconds. Works well straight away!
