Had the app on our store for a few days now, I have nothing but positive feedback to give so far. The app has reduced the amount of email enquiries and even assisted a handful of sales. I have no doubt we shall be proceeding with this app following our trial period.

Great app! Does what it says and just works.

I am loving the app! In particular how it can learn - initially sweeping the website for information, more importantly you can review what customers ask and then build the knowledge base to better answer questions. Ability to adapt style and more. No complaints here
