Once you calibrate it properly and streamline your website information, the app can fluenty read through the information to understand complex customer questions and provide clear answers. The app also absorbs your catalogue info incredibly and product suggestions are very pertinent to the conversation, this is actually the most valuable feature of this app. The customer support is also amazing. For those who are new to Chat Gpt based chat bots this is the app to go as the configuration is incredibly simple yet you can make important customizations to better address your business needs. I would advise to take full advantage of the trial period and customer support to calibrate the app for your website, it will be worth it. They also made some cool improvements to the Knowledge base forms that we are about to test.
