I selected Cowlendar based on the ratings. When the ratings seem too good to be true I become rather cautious given how the world works today. After jumping in and downloading, the set-up process was super-easy. Surprising to me, the last step prompted me to contact Cowlendar direct to ensure everything was set-up correctly and to remove the 'Powered By' branding. Had a very enjoyable online chat with the developer of the app and within minutes everything was performing perfectly. Having procrastinated for over 18 months on setting up a booking calendar, I'm now fully operational and very happy indeed.
Sofia was incredible! She spent an afternoon finding me various options to make my shop work. When she couldn't resolve it, she escalated immediately for alternative options. Thanks for being so patient, friendly and helpful Sofia, you are in inspiration!
If you want a calendar app, please get this one ASAP! Had some questions and immediately got a quick response helping me do exactly what I needed. User interface and experience is super friendly and everything makes sense when setting up.
