I was having trouble canceling my plan and they were quick and responsive and able to help me right away. I really like this app, I just wanted to be able to pause it as needed, hoping they can make this easier for me in the future so we can use these features as needed without uninstalling it and losing our campaign history.

Andrea is friendly, professional, and responds promptly. If I could give 11 out of 10, I would! Highly recommended!
This one is my final choice after testing multiple plugins. It fulfills most of my requirements. And one issue could not be resolved due to my lack of knowledge of a particular feature. But after I asked Andrea about it, he was very proactive in helping me solve the problem, and throughout the whole communication process, etc., he always will be very enthusiastic, so I have to leave a good review for his dedication.
