Used Currency Converter Plus on a number of my stores and the one thing that always impresses me is the speed and professionalism of their support desk. So not only a great product but also excellant support to back it up... that's why I leaving a 5 star review.
Currency Converter Plus is a great product. The support they provide is tremendous. They are extremely responsive, friendIy and highly skilled.
At the very start, my Firewall was blocking their site & I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get the App loaded. Mike provided a quick solution & before I could even read my email, they got the App running.
They responded to all my queries quickly without much lag time. It looked as if they worked round the clock! For some support queries, they made it easy for us to understand by providing relevant user friendly screenshots.
The app is working fine. The App is also easy to use

I got this app for my store in Aug 2016 when I decided to open the store outside US. The customer support during installation was excellent and the app is working as a charm on my store for buyers outside US. Definitely recommend to those who wants an accurate currency converter on their store.

This app works perfectly, and it does everything that we required. We needed to place the menu in a certain spot on desktop and another location for Mobile. It was all done for us within 1/2 hour of sending email request for support.
