We installed this app to create & track order status as we were in dire need of such an app. we manage many orders daily. It makes our work easy and manageable. So easy to use and set up. Additionally, this app offers an email notification feature, which is cheery on top. Customers can see when the status change.

Generally, I do not give reviews because I do not like them. But this app urges me to add a review. What a great app, and of course, the support was super excellent. Hamza was swift to respond. I was facing an issue. I tried to ignore the problem. But I thought to give it a shot and contacted their customer support. I was amazed to see that hamza fixed my issues within 2 hours. So quick, guys!!! I appreciate your help.

I have been looking for an app that creates custom statuses for a while. I tried many apps, but this one works best for me. A helpful app that actually does what it is supposed to do. This app saves a lot of time and performs wonders. I would recommend this app as I am fully satisfied. No complaints so far.
