Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

Very Helpful. Works great, quick response. Had a small issue and a representative contacted me very quickly.

We are B2B supplier with large inventory and have tried every app for volume or quantity discounts. There a lot to like about this app.. it doesn't need manual changes to theme code, doesn't stop discount codes from working, doesn't require hidden product duplicates. The support is really fast, we had a couple of minor issues with cart page and checkout which were fixed in a jiffy (that's very quick). Would like a faster way of adding products - at the moment you have to start typing the product name one at a time, suggestions pop-up as you type but with a large inventory a different method would speed this up - a list of products with filters and tick boxes would be ideal. There's one issue that made us think before going for this app - it can't cope with variants that have different prices. This means we have make each variant with a different price into separate products - which has some side benefits but also some disadvantages. Early days but it feels fast, stable and comes with good support.

So far so good with this app. I was looking for something simple that would let me combine discounts for my customers. It looks like this might be my solution. The customer support is outstanding so far. I'm using the Shopify template Emerge and it doesn't seem to be on the list of templates they support but so far it looks like, with the help of their support team, it may work out. Great live chat support. I got the help I needed within an hour. Straightforward and easy-to-use app for volume/bundle discounts.

This app used to work but no longer works at all and has caused me pain due to customers emailing several times a day saying they are not receiving discount's. I emailed support with screenshots and she come back and said it was 'fixed' in a matter of minutes which is a very poor case of customer service. Saying that something is fixed without properly looking into it and fixing it is not very acceptable I am afraid. I am cancelling my subscription today and I strongly suggest people think twice before installing this as it simply does not work as intended and it has still not been fixed as a matter of urgency.

I have been using this app for over a year now and been very happy with it. I just switched themes and I didn't need to do anything to get it to work properly on the new theme. I contacted support to make sure everything was set correctly and I got a response within 3 minutes. Thank you Sujay!

If you are looking for discount app to be boost your sales then this is it! This app works like a charm. Kudos to the customer service team for being there always.. Highly recomended..
