I don't know how to use this app at all. It's too difficult and complicated

This app is extremely powerful and Min is an absolute legend! Selling plants, we have very complex shipping rules. We tried and tested a few other apps but Bespoke Shipping is the only app that is truly configurable for a range of rules. Due to our complexities, I did need Min's help to work out the best configuration and it's honestly the best experience I've had with an app developer on any platform. He's quick, committed, helpful, patient and switched on. Just nothing else to say other than I'm super impressed with the power of the app and Min in equal measure - 100% recommend!

I am currently using this app, excellent App, Min responds really quickly, and even at weekends, he will go out of his way to help out. Bespoke Shipping is an easy system to use, and has excellent 4D Volumatic tool, for your products, and also can set up live rates with your freight companies, there is lots of rules, that can be set up, which i found very helpful.

I have a complicated shipping in my country its a matter of doing regionalization shipping and tagging. Min is so knowledgable, super attentive, even on weekends Min replies back to me if i have questions. Hi Bespoke Management you are doing a good job with your support! You should give Min a raise for a job well done! Thank you!

I sell both retail and wholesale from my store and have pretty complex shipping requirements with respect to total cart amount, domestic vs international destinations, free and discounted shipping, product variants, and more. After searching for months and being completely frustrated, I found this app and I am simply blown away. It solved 100% of my problems. It seemed complex at first and it took me a little bit of time to understand the rules engine but after that, it was simply an amazing experience. The support is unbelievably fast and all of my questions were well understood and answered perfectly. I would give it 6 stars if I could. I am beyond happy.

After trying several other apps including Intuitive and Advanced Shipping Rules, we were left even more confused about the approach to a rule-based shipping solution. Bespoke Shipping was literally our LAST option and boy did it come through for us!

Flexible enough to configure yourself, but what really made the difference was the level and speed of support. We did most of the leg work ourselves but needed a hand with the final touches and their support staff were help to iron these out within 24 hours.

Best app and service on the market

They really take the time to understand your shipping requirements. Excellent and prompt service that met my needs.

We currently use Bespoke Shipping for both our Domestic and International shipping requirements and we couldn’t be happier with it, a wonderful app. More importantly the support and customer service has been absolutely outstanding, Min has provided Hampers 4 Two with the best support any business could ask for, definitely 10 out of 10. A big thank you from us.

The customer service and the app is OUTSTANDING!! They are very prompt on answering any questions. If you ship from different warehouses, this app is amazing and easy to use!.....They have 10 STARS from me!!!

The app is all code . Got charged two months for a service that never activated properly, and they clearly stated to me after requested a refund that they grant "no refunds under any circumstance"

This app doesnt solve anything. Its pure code interface that if you dont know code, its useless to you. Plus after you pay the $15, they want to upsell their services to install it for you. Zero guides. This is not an app.

Well the work is complete and done to just the way I wanted it. In fact Min made some suggestion which made my site work even more efficient than expected. Min was very thorough in collecting all the data required for doing the work and he never went ahead and did a task without your approval.

Where was he 12 months ago. I would give Min 10 out of 6 if I could.

First, The service is best to none. Min was asking the correct questions all the time. When I did not have the answer he was willing to sit and wait for the correct information. from start to end was just over three week and that was to do with me collecting the relevant shipping rates.

It was not a simple job because the rates had to start with the different factories in china, local transport to dispatch warehouse, Air Courier rates, Airport to airport rates, Dangerous Goods fees, Shipping fees for LCL and FCL, Chinese customs and clearance fees, Australian customs and clearances fees, Brokerages at both ends and the pick up and delivery any where in Australia for small to 40,000kg containers.

We have just turned it on but it was working from the start. today no issues to report of. And by the way, I did try and pay a lot of so call experts around the world over 3 years and go nowhere with them. All Talk but took all the money.

Min set a great fee and was complete in 3 days after giving him all the correct rates and rules to follow.

Want a good job, Get Min onto it.

Well, how good is this App/service. To be honest I was very aprehensive about launching into bespoke designed software but much to my surprise it went very very smoothly and the support shown by the team at Bespoke... well worth their reputation and previous glowing reviews. Thanks team so much for producing my new app. It works perfectly each time, has never bugged (really!) and are always on call for support and to explain the bigger picture especially when these API's are off connecting to and through... where ever! This is a lifesaver app for shops with complex shipping rules. The PHP interface allows you to create complex shipping rules. Can recommend the app enough for people who need these kind of functionality on their website.

I am a shopify newbie, everything seems daunting.

Shipping was a nightmare for me.

Two emails to Min and a couple days later. My shipping is fixed. He customized it for me for a small fee. Min has allowed me to ship from 2 fulfillment centers (Printful and from my own bricks and mortar store).

Wanted to charge $100 for setup but also could not guarantee that the setup would give my customers free shipping based on customer tags.

Not only is this app a godsend but Min has been THE MOST helpful developer of any app that we use... and we use a bunch. He responds insanely fast has been able to do execute every single one of my requests. Min is a magician!

Amazing app! If you know a little about coding it is very easy to figure out. It allows for very customizable shipping rates, which is extremely lacking in Shopify. Thank you so much for making this app. It has saved us a lot of headache. Now we just need a similar app for payment methods.

If you have a little programming experience, this app allows you to freely manage any aspect of shipping rates. In addition, the developer is very helpful, I asked him for help and he always answered quickly, setting the app in a single day according to my needs. I recommend it!

This app is not worth getting. So confusing and MIN is of no help. I do not understand all of the good reviews. They are probably fake. I spend almost a week of emailing back and forth with Min and did not get anywhere. Waste of money and time.

I downloaded the app, but was still having trouble getting my particular situation to work. So, I emailed Bespoke, and Min responded (within 10 min). Min ended up spending over an hour going back and forth with me on email, only to fix all of my shipping problems WITHOUT THE NEED FOR BESPOKE (apparently, my situation could be resolved with a clever work-around in Shopify).

You do need to know a little php or have someone who does help you out to get it set up.

You also need to have "Real Time Carrier Rates" enabled. This functionality comes free with the $279 a month Shopify plan. Or it comes free with the $79 a month plan if you make it an annual subscription and ask Shopify support to enable "Real Time Carrier Rates" - at least as of July 21, 2017.

There is no question that Shopify's shipping features, or woeful lack thereof, leaves a lot to be desired. After testing a couple other shipping apps, I stumbled across Bespoke. It is the only solution I found that can manage shipping costs for manual and flat-rate, drop-shipped products in the same shipment. It works beautifully.

However, I'd recommend this product for the customer support alone. Min Liu is simply phenomenal.

Contacted many shopify developers to make the integration with ARAMEX. No one could do it other than Min of Bespoke.

What a fantastic app and service!!! I had countless sleepless nights over international delivery, because I have multiple vendors, with multiple rates, and of course don't want customers to abandon their carts because delivery fees are over stacked and/or miscalculated.

I tried almost every app and they didn't come close to the sophistication here. The developer Min took the rates I supplied from multiple vendors for every country and quickly turned that around into a working system!

Min is great to work with. Easy, prompt, thorough. Absolutely delighted and can sleep again :))

Bespoke Shipping is a must-have app. With shipping costs being so high, and with carriers in the US using dimensional weight for most orders, charging incorrectly for shipping could easily cost us our margin on a sale. The owner, Min, provides excellent customer service and can custom-write code (for a small fee) that precisely meets your needs. Or, if you're a PHP whizz, you can code it yourself. We use FBA and another third-part fulfillment service. There are factors with both that affect our shipping costs (standard vs. oversized for FBA, dimensional weight and choice of carrier for our other service). The custom code we had Min write takes all of this into account and provides the customer with a choice of three shipping speeds with fees that precisely match our own shipping costs (including live rates from the carriers). This allows us to keep our shipping fees as low as possible for our customers, while ensuring that we are not losing money. As every seller's circumstances will be different, the advantage of Bespoke Shipping is that highly customized code can be written to meet any sellers needs. Highly recommended.

This review really needs to be broken down into two sections - the app and the developer.

The app is quite adept at overcoming one of Shopify’s most glaring limitations… complex shipping settings. I sell several items that have complicated configuration / shipping options (some via USPS to all 50 states, some Priority only to Alaska / Hawaii, some only to the lower 48 states and no PO Boxes, etc), and Bespoke Shipping handles them all easily, and in an attractive and easily configured manner - I just emailed my shipping needs to the app developer, and the code was installed. Trying to set up my shipping settings was frustrating originally, and it almost caused me to leave Shopify. Bespoke shipping was my saving grace, and the only app that could do what I needed. The ability to adjust these settings / prices on the fly will also allow me make sure I don’t lose $$ as shipping rates change every year.

The developer, Min, at MZL solutions, is 2nd to none. I get responses from him morning, noon, and night. The initial setup took a few emails back and forth, not to mention a number of tweaks and adjustments to make sure it was right. Min was patient, explained everything, and got it done so fast I wondered how it was humanly possible to adjust coding like that. He appears highly motivated to find a solution to any challenge I throw his way, and luckily, I haven’t been able to stump him yet. I have seen him start working on my support requests within 1 hours of submitting a ticket, and if more complex solutions are required, it is usually fixed by the time I wake up. I wish everyone was as responsive as he is.

Software is perfect to interface with Fedex.com SmartPost negotiated rates and allows for the display of these rates during customer checkout! Min was very quick to get this important functionality up and running for us!!

Bespoke Shipping helped us resolve a shipping challenge on our Shopify website. Notably, we have one product that requires 2-day shipping (UPS) during the summer months due to heat challenges.

Not only does Bespoke Shipping integrate with UPS, but it allowed us to create custom shipping rules on a product basis.

And, by request, Min helped us get this up and running quickly...in less than one day, freeing up our team to focus on other aspects of the website.

This app is just perfect if you need to find a cost effective way of getting customer shipping rates into Shopify.

I offer two main delivery options, a local delivery service if you live near the store or a courier service for every where else in the UK. I then have different rate tables for different collections as well as offering free delivery.

It took me about a day of tinkering with the PHP code (I am familar with some coding but never done PHP before) to get it to work how I wanted to.

It looks scary at the start but once you get used to it and do some googling around you can easily work it out.

I also have to give massive kudos to Min who checked all my code for me and made some tweaks and suggestions - he is a super star.

There are some other apps out there charging a ridiculous amount for this so don't be put off a little bit of coding. Be brave and jump in - you'll never look back!

With most customer service these days being a forgotten part of business, it's great to find a company that responds above and beyond your expectations. We needed a multi-layered shipping configuration. With each option we requested, Bespoke (MZL Solutions) responded with, "Yes." Within hours... click. Exactly what we needed. Not for someone that has NO PHP knowledge. If you don't know PHP, it find a php programmer online, it's very easy to do, the developer offers a "do it for you for $100" service, that worth every penny.

Hands down best shipping app in app store. Great customer support by Min. Be mindful, this is not an app that works straight out of the box. If you know the shipping rules you want to implement however, than this is for you. It does require coding, which Min did for us. We were up and running within days. Cannot recommend this app enough!
