I used this app to help me not miss out on customers with out of stock items, the app is easy to use. Any help I needed the customer services was 5 star helped me every step of the way. The app also looks great on my product pages. 100% recommend. As a consumer I use this feature for many products on other retail stores, so its diffidently 100% must have.
The onboarding experience was super easy, and customer service has been terriffic. Very smooth experience overall.
After i installed the app, there were some placement challenges i had with the button. I chatted with support and they were able to help me within minutes. Now, the button is placed exactly where i need it and they customized the experience per my request. Very responsive and talented team.

The support is amazing! I was setting this up late in the day and they still responded and got the app working exactly how I wanted it in a matter of minutes. I also love that it integrates with Klaviyo and will collect emails into my email list. Great app!
I have just added this app, our theme wasn't listed so I contacted support as the app suggested. Really quick response. The button was added, I asked to move the position of the button, which was done quickly. Really helpful and polite.
