Awesome app and even better customer service! App functions exactly as expected. They even helped me set up functionality on a custom theme and everything!
We genuinely find this app amazing. Unfortunately we have supply issues with some of our most popular products so allowing people to join a waitlist is indispensable.
It works really, really well. Information on signups is easily accessible. The setup is straightforward. The customer service is super fast.
The one feature I didn't realise it had, but now do and have activated it is that if you get say 100 units of a product back in stock, you can email the first 100 signups for that specific variant (or all variants) rather than all signups and risk annoying those that don't get to buy in time.
It really is a great feature to add to your site, gives you huge sales bumps, keeps your fans happy and generates a bit of hype too (though we are not striving to be a big-drop business)

Best customer service and support. Theme integration was broken because I updated my theme version to the latest version. Chat with them via dashboard and it was solved within minutes without me doing anything :) Keep doing a good job

Well, they certainly went above and beyond to make this integrate into my store! Abuzar spent a long time (hours..) troubleshooting, and finally got us to be able to send the Back in Stock emails with our design template in Klaviyo - so it looks in synch with all the othe emails our customer gets. Very happy with the end result!
