EDIT: no more fast replying on the tchat unfortunately.. There's a bug with SMS notifications not being sent out and I can't reach them out..
Good customer service (very fast in answering questions on the tchat), nice app that works fine, I would recommend it.

I use this app to help my cutopmers get notifications on when their fav products are back in stock! So far it looks great

The customer service so far is great! I was able to get a custom theme integration in minutes. The rep was also able to answer some questions I have and provide a video. I am only rating it 4 stars because I haven't had it on my store for long.

Bug fix support - took some time to get help as this is a small team but when we did fixed VERY quickly for us.

Needed the app for back-orders. worked well. no longer need it but would get it again if we back up again. Customer Service uninstalled the code for me.

We use this app to allow our customers to sign up for product restock notifications, and it has been really great! It would be better if it had the option to disable notifications for individual listings.

Quick to respond! Not sure what happened with their app but the messaging hadn't been showing up on my product pages for sold out items. This was disappointing since I had been sending my customers to sign up for the notification, only to find out it wasn't functioning. Once I reached out they fixed it.
