This is a brilliant app that is much needed in the Shopify app store. I highly recommend it as its working great so far and the support has been great too.

We've been using this app for a few months now and are really happy with it. The customer service team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Since integrating the app, we've been able to identify and prevent a few cases where discount codes were being misused by customers creating multiple accounts with different names or emails.
One feature we particularly appreciate is the flexibility, you can automate the refund decision process or handle each case individually. For now, we're reviewing them case by case and it’s been working really well for us. Highly recommend! :)
