Social Bar: Social Media Icons

Easy to install and use. It would be nice if icons could stay in a static position anywhere I choose on the website. Currently icons are sticky so they move while scrolling. Would like them to stay in the footer.

Really easy to set up and link to online store. Could have more options for whatsapp e.g. connect to number but otherwise all good!

Setup was simple and it works! And best of all, it's free! Thanks. That's one less thing I need to worry about adding to my site. UPDATE: After viewing my site on Apple devices with Safari, I noticed a lot of customers were seeing a big white vertical box covering the middle of the screen with the social media icons floating in the middle of the box. Sometimes it returned to normal when customers refreshed the page or went to another page, but it was very bad.
I uninstalled the app to avoid the embarrassment of having such a huge bug on my site. I wish I would've installed a session recorder sooner so I could've seen what customers have been seeing for several weeks.
I'm changing my rating to 2 stars.

The Social Bar is much more visible than the built-in icons that are standard with Shopify, especially once you get it working correctly. I experienced a number of glitches when setting it up, including having the social bar disappear entirely for some reason, requiring me to set it up again. Also the tool tips didn't appear until I removed them and then added them back.

One thing for sure though, the support people are very quick at responding and worked with me to address the issues over what turned out to be a series of messages. They seem very committed to ensuring that the product works. I Unfortunately, given the amount of time and effort I had to spend getting it to work, I can't give it a full 5 stars. It's still very useful if either you're lucky and it works right out of the box, or you have the time and patience to play with it until it does. I am currently on the free plan but will likely upgrade to the paid plan in order to promote people to follow more of our social media sites.

Its easy to use, and its free plan if you only have like two social media icons. if you have more than two, its 2.99 which isnt that bad at all. i would upgrade when i have other icons that i want to add. the only thing is, customer service is a bit slow but i got it all figured out myself.
