I am writing to share my frustrating experience with this app.
I only tried out the app, but I didn't realize that I was being charged once I didn't properly close or cancel it.
I contacted their customer support multiple times, but I never received any response.
I couldn’t find any clear option to cancel the subscription within the app itself. After searching for quite a while, I finally managed to delete it through Shopify’s plugin section.
I was charged a total of $239 USD and $80 USD without my consent.
I am requesting a refund for these charges.
I hope the team can resolve this issue promptly and improve the user experience.

Onboarding is terrible. I had a meeting scheduled for yesterday and it was canceled due to the onboarder's "schedule change" . Then today I had my call, it was very rushed. All he wanted to was get off the phone. He only connected google merchant center and that was it. In the shopify dashboard it states

This did not happen on my call. I contacted support and they just gave me the run around and wanted me to pay $99 for setup. What a joke

I do not feel like a valued customer so far! Not sure if I will keep this app.

Powerful feed apps can have a steep learning curve, but DataFeedWatch has for us been intuitive to use even for marketers with limited technical understanding. Their team has also been responsive and very helpful whenever there's been an issue or we've had questions.
The product feed tool is easily configurable and relatively intuitive. This tool can help you to optimize your feed without having to spend a lot of time to make unwanted or unneeded changes to your store's data. The team provide excellent support to get you up and running very quickly.
I'm totally new to product feeds and customer service is always on hand to help when I run into issues or things I don't understand. Ivan was particularly helpful :)
Excellent and flexible feed, and support which is second to none. We have used this app for a while now and whenever I have an issue, or need support or advice, the team always go above and beyond to get it sorted.
Data feed Watch has truly been a game-changer for our business. We have been struggling for a while to our product feed up and running and with Data feed it's just a 2 click away. The platform is incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive dashboard provides a clear overview of our review metrics.
But the one thing is standing out the most! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's EXCEPTIONAL! You can be an analphabete and you still will be able to export your product with their help. Top notch customer service hands down!
