After you paid for the app, then you need to register a google API by yourself. the key point is that it will generate billing to pay again.
Such a cheat app, worse service. must remove it immediately.

Horrible. Entered 5 dealers to start, looked good. Used the bulk import .csv file to upload the remaining 89 and none of them would locate on the map. Contacted support and notified them of this. Zero help. Didn't even look into settings nothing. Just pass to someone else that isn't available right now.

In fact, our app can work with all themes. However, there are quite many themes on the market at the moment and with many customized theme, we will need to setup manually. This might be your case and that's why it wasn't working properly yet. OR you might haven't enabled embed app within your theme yet then the app wasn't working properly either.

If you can give us another chance by reinstalling the app, we will for sure prioritize your case and help you with all the setup to revise your experience with us.
