I was able to get a hold of a representative very quickly to help me with my problem that I was having. Betty was extremely helpful, professional, accommodating and patient. She sent me all the screenshots told me what she was doing and continue to communicate with me while she was fixing the issue, I was having on my website with my pick up and delivery. I almost gave up on Zapiet. It was not until Jeanette from the tech support team helped me out tremendously with my issues. That kept me as a Zapiet customer. Shopify and its third party apps are not always the most intuitive, but Zapiet always has good support and they will stay with you until the problem is solved.
