I have had to reach out only a couple of times to customer support and they have always been most helpful. This most recent time Dan assisted me, and he understood my concern and his recommendations fixed my issue immediately. This is a great app, and customer support is always quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable!

The app is brilliant. I've been using it for several months and have run countless repeatable A/B tests in that time which consistently show that sales increase when I have the timer visible on product pages. Support from Dan is absolutely first class and I'd recommend fellow Shopify store owners to try this app to see how it brings product pages to life and gives customers confidence that they're on an active website.
