Descartes XPS Ship

Software works as promised, however customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We've been waiting for over a month to receive a promised $88 refund. Each time we make contact regarding the status, we're greeted with coined responses. First, "we're waiting for accounting"; then "we're waiting for corporate approval"; and no we're back to "we're waiting for accounting." Based on the responses, I do not feel they are actively working on this and customer service is spouting scripted responses in the hopes we give up trying. While $88 is not important in the grand scheme, this nonsensical fiasco over $88 has left a bad taste and we're actively looking for a new ship platform. Buyer beware.

We've had XPS for nine years now. They have always been supportive and its very easy to use even for international orders. We use it in combination with Shopify shipping and between the two always have the best shipping experiences and pricing. Would highly recommend to install.
